Visited this place on many occasions, including two weeks ago during lunch hour. Love the buffet bar and seating facility. Ample food to eat as much as you like. Drinks are additional. Toilets were clean and well lit. No after shocks to the digestive system, despite eating plenty. Desserts look a little cheap for a restaurant, but by the time I had eaten my refills, I had no place for cakes, or ice cream. Great place to take family and friends.
I dont think this is average - it is lovely and the food is yummy but, i havent tried wagamama so have nothing to compare it to. Yes they do the buffet style but they also do a set menu which you can go upstairs and eat - the upstairs is a much quieter pace than downstairs which is more rushed and everyone feels on top of each other. The buffet style menu is a lot cheaper and you have to help yourself but it is nice and adequate for a quick bite on a shopping day. The place gets very busy so something must be making them come back to it - i have been a few times now and would definitely visit again. The staff are very polite and go out of their way for you. There are chairs outside for a smoke or if you want to sit and eat outdoors but if people smoke out there i wouldnt recommend that. lovely and yummy.
